Lenten Mission at Holy Family Parish

Fr. Geoff Rose, OSFS, along with Passionist Sisters María Antonia, CP, and Dulce María, CP, presented at Holy Family Parish in Adrian, MI for its three-night bilingual Parish Lenten Mission titled, “Brighter than the Sun: Living in the Eternal Light of God.”

Each evening ended with a unique ritual that allowed for reflection on God’s presence and light in our lives which included the breaking of glow sticks to symbolize God’s light breaking into our lives, writing down ways to make time for God, and ending with each person lighting a candle and placing it on the baptismal font.

The final night of the Mission included a social and a special toast from Fr. Michael Newman, OSFS, pastor of Holy Family.
